Replace the previous four-agent launch prescription with a flexible review shape (tiny/medium/large) and guidance for parallel lanes. Add steps to load local repo instructions, normalize findings into a structured format (file/symbol, category, problem, fix, confidence), and tighten rules for applying only high-confidence, behavior-preserving fixes.
