andrewlewis	e594eccd4d	Merge SampleSourceTrackRenderer into TrackRenderer. ... TrackRenderer and SampleSourceTrackRenderer both now use a TrackStream so they can be merged. olly	730e4ac953	Remove workaround for FrameworkSampleSource. ... FrameworkSampleSource will still be useful for audio, where sample interleaving isn't an issue.
