dancho 02df88e5d9 Speed up image to video Export 
Only sample from input bitmap when the input image has changed.
Introduce GainmapShaderProgram.newImmutableBitmap API that signals
input bitmap changes to GainmapShaderProgram (DefaultShaderProgram).
