hoangtc 6749623cd1 Handle DASH `emsg' events targeting player. 
For live streaming, there are several types of DASH `emsg' events that directly
target the player. These events can signal whether the manifest is expired, or
the live streaming has ended, and should be handle directly within the player.

ExoPlayer DASH library module

Provides support for Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP (DASH) content. To play DASH content, instantiate a DashMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
