olly 0ba397cd4e SegmentDownloader: Pull manifest loading up to base class. 
This will make it a bit easier to push manifest loads to an Executor.

ExoPlayer DASH library module

Provides support for Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP (DASH) content. To play DASH content, instantiate a DashMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
