Oliver Woodman 147bbe6d55 Simplify demo application. 
- Remove simple variant. Maintaining both simple + full is
  unnecessary effort.
- Remove need to specify content id in Sample definition,
  except where it's actually required (for DRM requests in
  the Widevine GTS samples)

Demo application

This folder contains a demo application that uses ExoPlayer to play a number of test streams. It can be used as a starting point or reference project when developing other applications that make use of the ExoPlayer library.
