kimvde 18031e25bb Make AssetLoader progress not Transformer specific 
To do that, rename PROGRESS_STATE_NO_TRANSFORMATION to
PROGRESS_STATE_NOT_STARTED and update Javadoc of ProgressState to not be
Transformer specific.
