For example, some Dolby Vision profiles have a backwards-compatible AVC or HEVC layer. MV-HEVC is backwards compatible with HEVC. This change enables Transformer to transmux into the backwards compatible format to improve compatibility with legacy APIs such as MediaMetadataRetriever.
