kimvde 71e7e0f2cf Make VideoFrameProcessor.flush() more resilient 
Allow flush to be called before registerInputStream. It's less error
prone to allow methods to be called in any order.

Common module

Provides common code and utilities used by other media modules. Application code will not normally need to depend on this module directly.
