olly 4abaaf138c Remove DownloadConstructorHelper 
Something that helps a constructor always seemed a bit strange.
It's now possible to use CacheDataSource.Factory directly instead.

ExoPlayer DASH library module

Provides support for Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP (DASH) content. To play DASH content, instantiate a DashMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
