Oliver Woodman 2969bba60f Fix timestamp rollover issue for DASH live. 
The timestamp scaling in SegmentBase.getSegmentTimeUs was
overflowing for some streams. Apply a similar trick to that
applied in the SmoothStreaming case to fix it.
