aquilescanta 317d2c7b5c Fail for non-blacklistable playlist load errors in HLS 
This CL allows failure if a playlist load fails with a non-blacklistable
error. For example, loss of internet connection.

ExoPlayer HLS library module

Provides support for HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) content. To play HLS content, instantiate a HlsMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
