ktrajkovski 972007abef Add readLeb128 and readLeb128ToInt to ParsableByteArray. 
Leb128 is a little-endian long of variable byte length. The format is used during the extraction of the size of the OBU configuration for the iacb configuration box.

Extractor module

Provides media container extractors and related utilities. Application code will not normally need to depend on this module directly.
