olly a5cd0b87bc Update SingleSampleMediaSource with factory/listener changes 
- Convert the Builder into a Factory
- Have it use MediaSourceEventListener
- Also made some misc related fixes to other sources

ExoPlayer HLS library module

Provides support for HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) content. To play HLS content, instantiate a HlsMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
