tonihei 4138e28d62 Move common gradle setup to a setting file. 
This removes a lot of duplication from the module configuration,
avoids divergence, and makes sure that only the important differences
to the default are visible in each module file.

ExoPlayer SmoothStreaming library module

Provides support for Smooth Streaming content. To play Smooth Streaming content, instantiate a SsMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
