olly ce324f1ca9 ExoPlayer V2 Refactor - Step 7 (partial) 
This change removes the need for SourceBuilders to load their
manifests before building their sources. This is done by pushing
initial manifest loads into the ChunkSource classes. This simplifies
the SourceBuilders a lot, and also DemoPlayer.

Demo application

This folder contains a demo application that uses ExoPlayer to play a number of test streams. It can be used as a starting point or reference project when developing other applications that make use of the ExoPlayer library.
