tonihei 66d2b76a6c Remove test max SDK version overrides. 
These don't seem to be needed anymore. All tests run without them in gradle
and Blaze.

ExoPlayer SmoothStreaming library module

Provides support for Smooth Streaming content. To play Smooth Streaming content, instantiate a SsMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
