Oliver Woodman 6e527c550f Expose new multi-track APIs in the ExoPlayer interface + plumb 
multi-track support upstream to the ChunkSource interface.

This change does not yet make use of the newly exposed APIs. This
will come in a subsequent CL.

Demo application

This folder contains a demo application that uses ExoPlayer to play a number of test streams. It can be used as a starting point or reference project when developing other applications that make use of the ExoPlayer library.
