tonihei d51b98dd1f Replace period index with uid in MediaPeriodId. 
The MediaPeriodId with index is only properly defined together with a
timeline containing the index. Changing it to the period uid allows to use
the MediaPeriodId independent of the corresponding timeline.

ExoPlayer DASH library module

Provides support for Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP (DASH) content. To play DASH content, instantiate a DashMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
