tonihei 56aecf6614 Make HLS and SS chunk iterators private. 
They don't need to be accessed publicly and are can be moved into the
respective chunk sources. This is the same structure used for Dash.

ExoPlayer SmoothStreaming library module

Provides support for Smooth Streaming content. To play Smooth Streaming content, instantiate a SsMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
