olly 3fae0b8e6e Fix analyze/lint errors 
- Lint doesn't like a static import of something not available on
  the minimum API level.
- The method linked to in the Javadoc was incorrect (wrong signature).
  I couldn't really work out why it was there, so I got rid of it
  rather than updating.
