krocard 589f50fb22 Move renderer from Player to ExoPlayer 
The concept of Renderers is not needed in the
Player interface. Move it to ExoPlayer.

This should not break most users as they use SimpleExoPlayer.

ExoPlayer library

The ExoPlayer library is split into multiple modules. See ExoPlayer's top level README for more information about the available library modules and how to use them.
