michaelkatz 9ac9322a45 Try alternative decoder for Dolby Vision if display does not support 
If the sample type is dolby vision and the following conditions match
a)There is a supported alternative codec mimetype
b)Display does not support Dolby Vision
Then getDecoderInfos will return the alternative types.

ExoPlayer module

This module provides ExoPlayer, the Player implementation for local media playback on Android.

Getting the module

The easiest way to get the module is to add it as a gradle dependency:

implementation 'com.google.android.exoplayer:exoplayer-core:2.X.X'

where 2.X.X is the version, which must match the version of the other media modules being used.

Alternatively, you can clone this GitHub project and depend on the module locally. Instructions for doing this can be found in the top level README.

Using the module

The developer guide documents how to get started.
