Oliver Woodman 6ae97ced3a Support content:// URIs, and some cleanup/consistency tweaks. 
- There's definitely potential for more code sharing in these
classes, but deferring for now.
- Also made no-scheme default to file://, and allowed smoothstreaming
URLs to be specified with or without the /Manifest suffix.

Demo application

This folder contains a demo application that uses ExoPlayer to play a number of test streams. It can be used as a starting point or reference project when developing other applications that make use of the ExoPlayer library.
