olly 5e6174fe38 DASH: Fix detection of end of live events 
The remaining work is to split Window.isDynamic so that it's
possible to represent a window that wont be appended to, but
may still be removed from.

Issue: #4780

ExoPlayer DASH library module

Provides support for Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP (DASH) content. To play DASH content, instantiate a DashMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
