ibaker a168c8c928 Use SimpleExoPlayer.Builder where necessary 
An upcoming change will modify ExoPlayer.Builder#build() to return
ExoPlayer, so any places that explicitly need a SimpleExoPlayer
instance should be using SimpleExoPlayer.Builder.
