olly e35f9addaf Remove playWhenReadyCommitted. 
This was always a bit of a hack; for Play Movies. It may well
no longer be necessary, and if not I'd like to think of a nicer
or more general way of doing it. We can always bring it back
if needed.

Demo application

This folder contains a demo application that uses ExoPlayer to play a number of test streams. It can be used as a starting point or reference project when developing other applications that make use of the ExoPlayer library.
