tonihei 782f5b2a0e Fix last sample detection issues 
1. For codecs that change timestamps, we need to use greater
   or equal instead of just equal for comparison.
2. We should only make this comparison once a value has been
   set.
3. The largest queue timestamp isn't updated before using it
   for this detection, meaning that we also mark the
   second-to-last sample as the last one.
