samrobinson e5e8d9dc17 Make StubExoPlayer take a context in constructor. 
This is a pre-requisite step for merging SimpleExoPlayer into
ExoPlayer, because when StubExoPlayer extends ExoPlayer, it needs
a matching constructor.
