tonihei 98afaa60d0 Forward TransferListener to media sources. 
In the future, this allows to register the BandwidthMeter (managed by the player)
as a listener to all media transfers related to this media source.

ExoPlayer SmoothStreaming library module

Provides support for Smooth Streaming content. To play Smooth Streaming content, instantiate a SsMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
