christosts 5695bae9d8 Remove DataSpec.FLAG_ALLOW_ICY_METADATA 
Remove the flag DataSpec.FLAG_ALLOW_ICY_METADATA. Instead, set the
header IcyHeaders.REQUEST_HEADER_ENABLE_METADATA_NAME in the DataSpec
httpRequestHeaders.
