tonihei 173ddd6ee7 Add simplified adaptive media source stream key filter to factory classes. 
This change only simplifies the API by using the ManifestParser internally.

ExoPlayer HLS library module

Provides support for HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) content. To play HLS content, instantiate a HlsMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
