ibaker 9ee45fc938 Add TrackOutput field in PngExtractor 
Also re-jig some `checkNotNull` calls to satisfy the nullness checker
(remove an unneeded one, and add a new one).

Extractor module

Provides media container extractors and related utilities. Application code will not normally need to depend on this module directly.
