aquilescanta 4530944ed7 Rework HlsPlaylist attribute inheritance 
The reason for the change is that variable substititution requires
master playlist variable definitions at the moment of parsing.

ExoPlayer HLS library module

Provides support for HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) content. To play HLS content, instantiate a HlsMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
