dancho b6e78f0b2f Ensure EGLSurface is released on GL thread 
Add VideoFrameProcessingTaskExecutor.invoke() method that blocks until
Task has executed on GL thread.
Use that for FinalShaderProgramWrapper.setOutputSurfaceInfo
