olly b6f646ed96 Clean up DownloadAction instances 
This removes a fair chunk of code. The line delta would
be more negative if it not for adding all the /* x= */
comments in DashDownloadActionTest!

ExoPlayer DASH library module

Provides support for Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP (DASH) content. To play DASH content, instantiate a DashMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
