christosts bf6e9c6144 Add MultiLockAsyncMediaCodecAdapter 
MultiLockAsyncMediaCodecAdapter is an implementation of the
MediaCodecAdapter that uses multiple locks to synchronize access to its
data compared to the single-lock approach used in
DedicatedThreadAsyncMediaCodecAdapter.
