hschlueter ecfbc65a0d Convert FrameEditor to a FrameProcessorChain. 
The FrameProcessorChain manages a List<GlFrameProcessor>.
FrameProcessorChainDataProcessingTest now tests chaining ScaleToFit-
and AdvancedFrameProcessors.
