tonihei 6b9e1824ad Extend updateSelectedTrack method with additional information. 
This provides the list of currently buffered media chunks and iterators over
the potential next chunks to the track selection. Having these two parameters
enables more advanced decision logic based on this data.

ExoPlayer SmoothStreaming library module

Provides support for Smooth Streaming content. To play Smooth Streaming content, instantiate a SsMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
