tonihei 5933d92394 Add simplified Dash and Ss media source factory constructors. 
As the manifest and media data sources can be the same now, we can provide
a simplified constructor with just one data source factory.

ExoPlayer SmoothStreaming library module

Provides support for Smooth Streaming content. To play Smooth Streaming content, instantiate a SsMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
