andrewlewis c2b89d6285 Add SampleSourceProvider as a factory for SampleSources (playlists #2). 
Initially only the first source index is used. In a later change,
ExoPlayerImplInternal will create SampleSources for different playlist item
indices as necessary.

Demo application

This folder contains a demo application that uses ExoPlayer to play a number of test streams. It can be used as a starting point or reference project when developing other applications that make use of the ExoPlayer library.
