olly b35648eafb Add window based methods to ExoPlayer 
- This change also enables seeking in live windows in the
  ExoPlayer demo app.
- The added playlist doesn't transition properly by itself,
  but for manual transitions it works correctly, and
  demonstrates seeking into a default position.

Demo application

This folder contains a demo application that uses ExoPlayer to play a number of test streams. It can be used as a starting point or reference project when developing other applications that make use of the ExoPlayer library.
