olly ce9ec79e59 Make Timeline always non-null from ExoPlayer 
Note that we still have null timelines in ExoPlayerImplInternal.
This is deliberate; and is likely necessary to distinguish between
the no-timeline-yet and timeline-is-empty cases (we want to try
and process a pending seek for the latter, but not the former).

Demo application

This folder contains a demo application that uses ExoPlayer to play a number of test streams. It can be used as a starting point or reference project when developing other applications that make use of the ExoPlayer library.
