tonihei d76316a1f7 Improve audio focus handling tests with ExoPlayer ... There are a lot of tests for AudioFocusManager in isolation, but almost none for the handling in ExoPlayer. Add test coverage for all the common cases, including some currently broken behavior that is indicated by TODOs.
