andrewlewis e4ee19513c Remove ExoPlayer.STATE_PREPARING. 
prepare(SampleSource) is renamed to setSource(SampleSource). The player
immediately transitions to STATE_BUFFERING when the source is set, at which
point doSomeWork is called.
