Follow-up on the update to ABR logic in AdaptiveTrackSelection for live streaming case: - Do not reset liveEdgeTimeUs when user seek to a different position. - For HlsChunkSource, for non-independent segments, currently the bufferedDuration calculate will subtract previousChunk's duration.
