ibaker eb677eb4b9 Add a Util.nullSafeArrayAppend and use it in HlsSampleStreamWrapper 
I could do this with nullSafeArrayConcat but this saves allocating a throw-away
single-element array.

ExoPlayer HLS library module

Provides support for HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) content. To play HLS content, instantiate a HlsMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
