christosts f5a6ecdda1 Implement the CompositingVideoSinkProvider 
This is the first iteration for the CompositingVideoSinkProvider which
is basically a copy of MediaCodecVideoRenderer's
VieoFrameProcessorManager.

The MediaCodecVideoRenderer now instantiates a
CompositingVideoSinkProvider instead of a VieoFrameProcessorManager.
