tonihei 8a566fb330 Converge DownloadHelper implementations. 
Moving most of the logic to the base DownloaderHelper helps to implement track
selection for downloading in a single place instead of multiple places.

ExoPlayer DASH library module

Provides support for Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP (DASH) content. To play DASH content, instantiate a DashMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
