ibaker 93f2dd8deb Switch test usages of ConditionVariable#block(timeout) to CountDownLatch 
ConditionVariable.block(timeout) doesn't work in Robolectric, because it
relies on the system clock which doesn't advance.

ExoPlayer DASH library module

Provides support for Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP (DASH) content. To play DASH content, instantiate a DashMediaSource and pass it to ExoPlayer.prepare.
